Driveway installation is a big investment. For homes in Surrey and London, which material would you actually choose — Block Paving, Resin Bound, or Concrete — and why? Share any tips or lessons from your experience.

If I were choosing for Surrey/London, I’d go with Block Paving — it’s tough in wet weather, lasts well over time, and if any part gets damaged you can replace just the affected blocks without big expense.

Resin Bound looks very modern and stays relatively low‑maintenance but usually costs more upfront and needs excellent drainage prep. Concrete is often the cheapest to install, but over time it can stain or crack more easily, which might add to maintenance.

For those who’ve installed driveways locally — which material held up best through rainy winters and regular use? Any tips on upkeep?
