Do sleep devices actually help improve sleep?

Hi everyone, I’ve been looking for ways to improve my sleep because lately my schedule has been pretty inconsistent. I’ve tried adjusting my bedtime routine and reducing screen time, but I’m also curious about using technology to understand sleep patterns better.


I’ve seen several devices to help sleep that track sleep stages and provide insights about sleep quality. I’m wondering if anyone here has tried something like that and whether it actually helped improve their sleep habits.
